• User hereby agrees to be responsible for any and all damage to the premises caused by its members and/or guests.
• User acknowledges that they have inspected the HCC premises and accept said premises as is, and assume the risk of injury to its members and/or guests in the use of the premises, including use of the kitchen and preparation of meals.
• User agrees to leave the Center, its grounds and kitchen in substantially the same condition assumed at the time of takeover. Set up and cleaning shall be done under the supervision of a member of the HCC Board of Directors.
• By order of the Sierra County Manager the consumption of alcohol is not allowed on the Hillsboro Community Center premises.

A cleaning deposit of ________ will be returned if the facilities are left in a clean and neat condition after use. See the reverse for a checklist.
