| There is no fee
if someone from the HCC membership wants to use the building for the
benefit of the entire community and will not be making a profit or raise
funds.
The Conference Room will be available free of charge for any local group
meeting.
I. When an event is a profit-making venture: 20% of
the receipts will be paid to the HCC.
II. Use of auditorium:
A. For a private event by a community resident or group:
$50.00/day, $25.00 returned if building is left in good order.
B. For a private event by an out-of-area resident or
group: $150.00/day with $50.00 returned if building is left in good
order.
III. Use of kitchen (west wing):
A. For a private event by a community resident or group:
1) When stove/oven not used: $50/day. $25 returned after clean up
2) When stove/oven is used: $100/day. $50 returned after clean up
B. For a private event by an out-of-area resident or
group:
1) When stove/oven not used: $125/day. $50 returned after clean up
2) When stove/oven is used: $150/day. $50 returned after clean up
IV. Use of both auditorium and kitchen: 25% off combined
costs as delineated above.
V. Concerts with a donation or entry fee at the door:
20% of income at the door
VI. Use of tables and chairs to be removed from building:
$100 deposit, which is fully refunded if all are returned in good condition.
Donations will be gratefully accepted.
